Staff, cleanliness, and amenities From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and excellent service. the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the rooms were spotless and the amenities were top, notch. We especially loved the pool and spa area, which provided a perfect relaxation spot. the location was ideal, close to key attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a suitable place with several recreational facilities nearby. Though the room was small, the bathroom was cleaned well regularly and the towels were fluffy. Room service was fast and attentive. the delicious breakfast buffet offered various fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries. Plus, the spa and gym facilities are well-equipped and relaxing.
The Wi-Fi in the room was almost unusable, which caused trouble in carrying out my work online.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ilya from the lobby, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was exceptional, and the facilities particularly the aquapark, were fantastic. The location was also convenient, providing easy access to transportation and parking. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

The excellent service and comfortable room were the highlights of my recent business trip to this hotel. The friendly staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect for my purposes, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The impressive spa facilities were a great way to unwind after a busy day.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and unstable in my room, which made it difficult to work and attend online meetings. However, overall I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff provided exceptional personal attention. The room was spotless and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. I also loved relaxing at the amazing aquapark. Everything was just perfect!
